    1. Thank you! I like it as a companion to Plantagenet Princess Tudor Queen since it gives the reader some insight into Elizabeth Woodville's side of the story.

    2. What do you think of Elizabeth Woodville?

    3. It's tough to know, since we know her actions but not necessarily her motivations or intentions. I would love to know what she really believed happened to her sons. Based on what we do know, I think she was intelligent, resourceful, and ambitious.

I recommend To the Tower Born by Robin Maxwell

    5. We will probably never know and people will continue to debate it until the end of time. This may be a case where the most obvious answer (Richard III had them killed) is correct, but who knows? (Nobody, though many pretend they do. lol)

    1. I do not consider myself 'team Mary.' However, when I am writing about a historical figure I do my best to share the mindset of their era and see their point-of-view. Otherwise, what would be the point of historical fiction?

    2. Good points.

I got a lot of criticism from a relative for trying to understand Mary's grandmother, Isabella. She simply wouldn't hear that I wasnt condoning the explusion and Inquisition and seemed to disregard every society before the 1960s as having contributed nothing to humanity.

I do have to say in fairness to het viewpoint though that Isabella was strongly criticized for her religious intolerance even at the time.
